What are Veterans and why should we thank them? A veteran is a person who served in the active military, naval, or air service, and who was discharged or released from service under conditions other than dishonorable. These are the men and women who have served their country, allowing us to have the freedoms we enjoy today. During peace times they served in the United States and around the world, often away from their families for long periods of time. During times of conflict they served under dangerous conditions, often being wounded, changing their lives forever.

There are thousands of organizations, each with a specific purpose or goal. There are so many reasons why one should consider becoming part of an organization he or she believes in. By building an effective web site, we hope to get our message out to a larger audience of people interested in similar issues.
